CKR Law Selected as Counsel to Creditors' Committee in Centerstone Linen Services Bankruptcy Case

CKR Law LLP is proud to report that its Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group was selected this week as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Centerstone Linen Services, LLC, d/b/a Clarus Linen Systems bankruptcy cases.  The selection is pending approval of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.  Clarus and its affiliates are Buffalo, NY-based linen rental and commercial laundry services companies serving the healthcare industry.  They operate facilities in New York, South Carolina and Georgia.  In their bankruptcy filings, the Debtors reported $1 million to $10 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities.  The South Carolina and Georgia facilities are the subject of a Section 363 bankruptcy sale, for which qualified bids must be submitted by February 4, 2019, at noon.
