CKR Law LLP is pleased to announce the addition of twelve new attorneys to its New York City office. The new attorneys joining the firm bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas including: litigation, employment law, blockchain and digital currency and intellectual property law.

Justine M. Clark focuses on structured finance (including leasing and securitization), banking and financial instruments, derivatives and international banking and trade finance, representing banks, investment advisors, leasing companies and multinational corporations.
Rosanne Elena Felicello focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She handles matters ranging from representing investors involved in business "divorces" to contract disputes and SEC enforcement actions. She has a broad range of experience helping clients in the insurance, restaurant, retail, financial services and professional services industries.
Laurel Grass is a civil and criminal litigator. She has over a decade of experience as a prosecutor and knowledge of the law relating to financial services, white collar crime, money laundering, and banking compliance. She also counsels companies in the emerging field of data privacy, GDPR and cross-border data transfers.
Lisa Alexis Jones is a former prosecutor providing sophisticated advice for over thirty years to corporate, institutional, and individual clients in litigation, complex dispute resolution, employment law, white-collar criminal, appeals, corporate finance and technology solutions. Representing clients in diverse industries and with a wide variety of strategic requirements, Ms. Jones is involved in virtually every major form of counseling, litigation and advocacy.
Chi-Ru Jou joins CKR’s Blockchain Technology & Digital Currency Group bringing more than a decade of experience in securities litigation and enforcement as well as complex commercial litigation. Ms. Jou advises blockchain companies with regard to the federal and state securities laws, money transmitter laws and smart contract dispute resolution mechanisms.
Holly Ying Li’s practice focuses on litigation, cross border intellectual property prosecution, inter partes reviews (IPR’s), licensing structure and negotiation and IP portfolio management in a variety of advanced technologies.
Gigio K. Ninan is of counsel to CKR Law LLP. Mr. Ninan represents corporate and individual clients in the areas of business and commercial litigation, labor and employment counseling and litigation and business organization for emerging companies. Mr. Ninan regularly prepares, reviews and enforces non-disclosure, manufacturing, athlete endorsement, contractor, sales, distribution, vendor and wholesale contracts for national and international distribution efforts.
Jeanne R. Solomon focuses her practice on corporate and securities law for domestic and international companies. These include corporate governance, public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Her work also involves bank loans and other financings including collateralized credit financings and restructurings as well as various types of commercial contracts, and representation of indenture trustees and agents in transactions and restructurings.
Joshua Soloway specializes in corporate, capital markets, and securities law elements of international business, investment, and emerging growth ventures. His legal practice focuses on advising international middle-market, growth stage, and multinational companies and investors across a wide range of industries, including banking, blockchain, energy, infrastructure, industrial, impact investing, media & entertainment, and technology.
Steven Solway has a US and International Business Immigration practice. His experience extends to signing, strategizing and implementing comprehensive and complete global mobility and relocation services programs including and managing the global transition on the legal, financial and talent management fronts.
Wei Zhang has substantial global experience in practicing intellectual property law. He has represented clients spanning from multinational corporations to start-ups in various industries, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
Jason Zhou has extensive experience in the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and SEC reporting and compliance. He has strong expertise in guiding both US and foreign-based clients through a variety of corporate transactions.
