Max Yoshimura is a corporate and tax lawyer who uniquely represents (a) American companies doing business internationally; and (b) foreign companies doing business in the U.S. or with America companies. He has successfully served organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging start-ups. His clients are active in virtually every sector of the economy, and his work stretches across all regions of the U.S. and well beyond the national boundaries. He habitually takes the time to get to know his clients and truly understands their business goals.

Mr. Yoshimura is also a CPA and previously worked for prestigious international law firms and large international accounting firms in New York, Denver and Seattle.

He was a member of the Executive Committee of the International Practice Section of Washington State Bar Association and the Board of Directors of the Seattle Chapter of Washington Society of CPAs. Additionally, he served on the boards of the Japan America Society of Washington, World Trade Club of Seattle, a Japanese business association, and a Japanese alternative school in the past.

He was the Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal and a judicial intern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Madison. 

Mr. Yoshimura, a native of Japan and fluent in Japanese, originally graduated from a Tokyo university with a business degree in 1983.
