She is experienced with cross-border U.S.-China business transactions, and is well-versed in both the U.S. and Chinese legal systems and cultures. Charlotte Westfall is a partner in the San Francisco office. Ms. Westfall focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and SEC compliance.

Ms. Westfall routinely counsels public companies on corporate governance, public disclosure issues and other business matters. Ms. Westfall has represented various businesses in the technology sector including those developing software and clean technology.
