Paul W. Smigliani is a trial lawyer with over 20 years experience representing clients in a wide variety of civil litigation cases including business and commercial disputes, insurance defense and coverage matters, construction issues, construction defect and personal injury. 

Mr. Smigliani has appeared in all State and Federal Courts in California. He has tried numerous cases in jury and bench trials and arbitrations. Prior to joining CKR, Mr. Smigliani was a founding member of the boutique litigation firm Munro, Smigliani & Jordan LLP. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell as the highest rating among his peers. He is a former member of the California State Bar Board of Governors. He has been named a TOP LAWYER in San Diego from 2013 to the present by San Diego Magazine.

Mr. Smigliani is a member of the State Bars of California and Arizona. He is admitted to practice before the Southern District of California, Central District of California, Eastern District of California and Northern District of California. Mr. Smigliani earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He earned his Master's Degree in International Business from the University of San Diego School of Business and his undergraduate degree in International Affairs from Lafayette College.
