Ms. Turovskiy frequently represents clients who are seeking permanent resident status, including those cases involving extraordinary ability (EB-1), outstanding professor/researcher, and National Interest Waivers (EB-2). This also often includes preparation for and representation at required green card interviews. Ms. Turovskiy has been exposed to a wide variety of immigration-focused cases as well. Her experience has ranged from representing clients before the Immigration Court, USCIS, the NVC, and CBP.
While in law school, Ms. Turovskiy gained immigration-related experience both in coursework and through internships. She had the opportunity to work as a Judicial Extern at the Cleveland Immigration Court where she received a behind-the-scenes understanding of removal proceedings. Ms. Turovaskiy also spent a semester working as a student associate at the Pro Bono Civil-Litigation Clinic where she gained valuable appellate work experience with the Board of Immigration Appeals.
