He also served as in house counsel to a technology company as a subject matter expert on data security and privacy law before founding and running a technology focused boutique practice. During that time he provided sophisticated commercial counsel to technology companies and litigated several trademark matters, including a widely reported federal case concerning trademark rights in the word "Mormon." He currently focuses his practice on intellectual property, data privacy, digital currency, and commercial contracts work in technology and creative fields. Siddartha has published and co-authored several articles in areas including international pharmaceutical patents, electronic discovery and compliance, European data privacy, and corporate cyber security.
