Mr. Ottensoser has structured and been engaged in initial public and secondary offerings, private placements, tender offers, rights offerings, leveraged buyouts, proxy fights, corporate reorganizations and migrations, dual listings and fairness opinions.
Mr. Ottensoser has also been heavily involved in international cross-border transactions and public offerings. He has represented companies on the London based AIM exchange and has taken public over 40 Israel companies in the United States that have been listed on NASDAQ, NYSE and other exchanges. Most recently, Mr. Ottensoser engaged in the public offerings of $2 billion principal amount of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACS) and the follow-up Merger and Acquisition backend activity. He has also advised broker-dealers in compliance matters and in FINRA Arbitrations and Mediations and other SEC enforcement matters.
Mr. Ottensoser earned his law degree from Harvard Law School and is licensed to practice in New York.
