Mark H. Wilkow concentrates his practice on real estate and business transactions in the New York City, Long Island and downstate New York areas. He has almost 25 years of experience representing companies and individuals in commercial and residential real estate and business transactions.

Mark began his career as a real estate litigator with a New York City law firm and then became the General Counsel to a New York City-based real estate management company focusing on all matters related to Cooperative and Condominium operations and transactions. He was also intimately involved in general business issues and decisions related to his clients’ operations providing him with substantial “in-house” counsel experience.

Mark has been married for over 25 years to Beth, a New York City School Teacher. His daughter, Nicole, is currently completing a six-year Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami and his son, Jack, is a Freshman at the University at Buffalo where he is studying Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Jericho, New York where he is a past-president of the Jericho Jewish Center, and he and Beth were honored in 2015 as their Couple of the Year.

Mr. Wilkow earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo and a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Mr. Wilkow is admitted to the State Bar of New York and to various Federal Courts.
