Laurel Grass is a partner in the New York City and Philadelphia offices. Ms. Grass is a civil and criminal litigator with over 30 years of experience in her practice.  Ms. Grass is an advocate in government regulation, commercial governance, and financial litigation.

Ms. Grass counsels clients in the areas of emerging field of data privacy, GDPR, and cross-border data transfers. With over a decade’s experience as a prosecutor, Ms. Grass has extensive knowledge of the law relating to financial services, white collar crime, money laundering, and banking compliance.

Prior to joining CKR, Ms. Grass served on the United States Department of Justice Joint Terrorism Task Force and Money Laundering Committee. She has managed over 2,000 criminal cases to success and has been awarded for excellence by three District Attorneys and Board of County Commissioners. Ms. Grass has also been recognized by the Israel Police Department for SWAT team organization and post 911 Counter-Terrorism Training. Ms. Grass also does a great deal of pro bono work. Her efforts include Title IX, not-for-profit litigation, and ORA assistance.
