Ms. Clark has advised clients with respect to the structuring of cross-border leasing transactions involving aircraft, rolling stock, ships, marine containers and fleet vehicles. Ms. Clark has also structured the securitization of a national chain of retail gas vendors, as well as marine container fleets. Ms. Clark has also represented foreign banks in connection with the establishment and maintenance of their commercial paper and medium-term note facilities. She has also advised private investors on bank regulatory issues affecting the acquisition of substantial interests in bank holding companies. Ms. Clark has appeared before the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Controller of the Currency in connection with the approval of bank acquisitions.
Ms. Clark advises banks and corporations with respect to derivatives. She is experienced in structuring investments to enable commercial hedging parties to be exempt from the clearing requirements imposed by the CFTC and has created standardized documentation for use by banks in connection with such investments.
