Jason Zhou is a partner at CKR’s New York office specializing in corporate and securities law.
Mr. Zhou started his career practicing U.S. corporate and securities law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and later at Torys in New York and at Linklaters in London.
Mr. Zhou has extensive experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, public M&A transactions, public company reporting obligations, and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Zhou received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the Chicago Journal of International Law, and a B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from Yale College. He is admitted to practice in New York.
