Eric Small is an associate in the New York City office. Mr. Small primarily focuses his practice on general commercial litigation, representing small businesses, shareholders and individuals in a variety of areas, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, derivative actions, and asset-based lending.

Prior to joining CKR, Mr. Small worked at boutique litigation firms where he gained experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. In law school, Mr. Small served as an Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He was also a member of the Dispute Resolution Society and competed in a national sports law negotiation competition.
