Eric focuses his practice on general commercial litigation, representing small businesses, shareholders and individuals in a variety of areas, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, derivative actions, and asset-based lending.

Prior to joining CKR Law, Eric worked at boutique litigation firms where he gained experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. In law school, Eric served as an Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He was also a member of the Dispute Resolution Society and competed in a national sports law negotiation competition.
