With 14 years of experience in private practice and 14 years as in-house counsel at global public companies in the industrial/technology and financial services sectors, Mr. DiPaolo has a wide range of skills in his practice. Mr. DiPaolo also advises boards of directors and senior management in finance, treasury, legal, compliance, risk management, corporate communications, investor relations and human resources groups.
