Mr. DiPaolo is a partner at CKR Law LLP and is the U.S. Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Mr. DiPaolo has practiced corporate, finance and securities law since 1989. He began his career as an associate with Dewey Ballantine, and also served as Counsel for Siemens AG, and as a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Lehman Brothers, all in New York City.
Mr. DiPaolo has extensive experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; secured and unsecured borrowings, structured financings, project financings and other financing arrangements; strategic investments, acquisitions and joint ventures; venture capital investments; public company reporting obligations; and corporate governance matters and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Mr. DiPaolo, a native of New Orleans, received his J.D. in 1989 from Tulane Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and an A.B. in Classical Languages in 1986 from Harvard College. He is admitted to practice in New York.
