Anna S. Park is a partner at CKR Law. Ms. Park focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and data privacy compliance.
Prior to joining CKR, Ms. Park has represented clients in the business and financial services sector in a broad range of complex commercial litigation involving, among other things, fraud, partnership disputes, employment disputes, business torts, and trademark, trade secret litigation. Ms. Park has litigated tough matters before the State and Federal courts during the financial crisis and over the years clients have relied on Ms. Park’s creative strategizing to achieve success in challenging and complicated matters.
In addition, Ms. Park has subject matter expertise in the area of data privacy and cybersecurity, including GDPR. She has advised clients in the areas of compliance, including consulting on operational best practices for legal compliance. Recently, she has spoken on issues related to compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Ms. Park has served as a chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Women in the Law, and has been an active member of the Commercial Federal Litigation Section as well as with the National Association of Women Lawyers and the Federal Bar Council. Currently she serves as a board member of the Korean American Coalition.
Ms. Park has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and is a 2004 graduate of New York Law School. She is also fluent in Korean.
