In addition, Ms. Park advises clients in the areas of data privacy and security, corporate formations, especially for start-up and tech industries, employment agreements and various commercial transactions.
Prior to joining CKR, Ms. Park has successfully represented individuals and small businesses to large corporations and multinational financial institutions in a broad range of complex commercial litigation involving, among other things, fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, employment disputes, business torts, trademark, trade secret and copyright. Ms. Park has litigated tough matters before the State and Federal courts during the financial crisis and has a reputation of achieving victories for clients even where the odds of winning were slim. Over the years clients have relied on Ms. Park’s creative strategizing, calculated daring, and sophisticated application of local and federal procedures to achieve success in challenging and complicated matters.
Ms. Park has served as a chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Women in the Law, and has been an active member of the Commercial Federal Litigation Section as well as with the National Association of Women Lawyers and the Federal Bar Council.
Ms. Park has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and is a 2004 graduate of New York Law School. She is also fluent in Korean.
