She has worked on over US$3 billion of transactions globally and advises U.S. and foreign clients on founding startups, investments, capital raising, sales, leasing and financing in traditional real estate transactions as well as the cutting edge Blockchain and Cryptocurrency industry. As such, she has launched a new practice group at CKR Law, Blockchain Technology & Digital Currency, of which she is chair and is also the Diversity Officer for the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance.
Alexandra started her career practicing U.S. corporate & securities law in London at magic circle firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and later at White & Case in London and New York. Eventually she focused on real estate transactions at Katten Muchin Rosenman in New York. Following her completion of a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment, in 2011 Alexandra co-founded an alternative real estate investment fund, which she managed for five years before launching her own law practice. Prior to attending law school, Alexandra worked in Jerusalem in the office of Member of Parliament Dr. Yuri Shtern and campaigned for the Yisrael B'Aliya Parliamentary Party.
Alexandra is committed to community service and serves as President of the International Blockchain Real Estate Association, City of New York Housing Court Volunteer Lawyer, Pro Bono Counsel for BSDC Joshua Housing Development Fund Corporation, Barnard College Alumna Mentor, Barnard Alumnae Admissions Representative, Barnard College Alma Maters Committee Member, Barnard Entrepreneurs Network Leadership Team, and Kehilat Yavneh volunteer.
Alexandra was born in Riga, raised in Brooklyn and currently lives with her family in Manhattan.
