Ms. Perez's practice predominantly focuses on business-based immigration including, IT staffing and healthcare sectors, preparing and filing H-1B petitions, TN petitions, helping employees obtain Green Cards (PERM, I-140, I-485) and ultimately citizenship. In addition, Ms. Perez has experience with family-based immigration law. Her experience includes I-130 relative petitions, I-485 adjustment of status, U visas, Re-entry permit applications, naturalization, and other family-based immigration petitions. Furthermore, Ms. Perez has extensive experience in extreme hardship waiver cases.
Prior to joining CKR, Ms. Perez co-founded Dima & Perez, PLLC, an Arizona immigration law firm. Then in 2014, Ms. Perez joined the Hammond Law Group, where she was working out of their Arizona and Los Angeles offices.
