Mr. Hufft has extensive and varied experience in both litigation and insurance coverage. He litigated wrongful death cases and catastrophic injury cases (amputations of hands, legs, arms and loss of vision; brain injury cases including closed injury; spinal injury including paraplegic, tetraplegic and quadriplegic and burn victims).

He has handled product liability cases as well as crashworthiness doctrine cases. He has handled automobile cases, trucking cases, construction defect cases, dram shop cases, premises liability cases, intentional tort cases such as false arrest, malicious prosecution, assault and battery, invasion of privacy, wrongful eviction and trademark infringement. He has handled animal liability cases and termite damage cases. He has handled municipal and governmental liability cases including constitutional law violations and §1983 claims. He has handled EEOC and other federal cases including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, race discrimination and age discrimination. He has handled automobile dealership liability which includes contract claims, warranty claims, Truth-in-Lending claims, odometer violation and other consumer protection claims as well as product liability claims.

He has represented a self-insured 57 store grocery store chain and all of its claims such as slip and falls, false arrest, malicious prosecution, assault and battery and product liability claims. He handled all of the Missouri and Kansas claims for a large retailer for a number of years which included slip and falls, false arrest, malicious prosecution, assault and battery and product liability claims.
