Mr. Williams has in-depth experience in litigation, banking, creditor's rights, real estate, commercial and development disputes. He advises financial institutions, title insurers, commercial finance companies, venture capital firms, investment bankers, hedge funds, clothing and action sports companies and general business owners, in the banking, apparel and financial services industries.
Mr. Williams' expertise includes representing financial institutions, ranging from community, regional and national banks to capital investment and acquisition companies, in litigation, lending transactions, and negotiations. He frequently counsels on matters involving general business, commercial contracts, licensing, creditor foreclosure, acquisition, loan workouts, and receiverships. He is experienced in handling complex litigation matters in federal and state courts from inception through trial.
