In her most recent role as Assistant General Counsel at of a Fortune 200 NYSE corporation – she had responsibility for both greenfield development and M&A in emerging markets with developing regulatory frameworks. Additionally, Cara supported other areas including procurement, joint ventures, service contracts and general corporate matters - negotiating deals which touched all corners of the globe.
Prior to this, she was an attorney at both Troutman Sanders LLP, and Paul Hastings LLP, representing clients on complex transactions and in all aspects of development, finance, and construction. Her practice also included M&A, joint ventures, and partnership structuring.
