Mike Jensen is an exclusively transactional attorney. His clients are both individuals and businesses with meetings/correspondence in English or Spanish. Mr. Jensen drafts, reviews, and advice on estate planning, real estate, and general business transactions.
Mr. Jensen’s typical work includes drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, uncontested probate, deeds, deed of trusts, real estate notes, easements, liens, formation of entities (e.g. LLC, series LLC, LP, Inc.), company and partnership agreements, and varied custom-drafted documents in his three practice areas of law.
Mr. Jensen worked previously at a regional Woodlands law firm and joined the firm (formally known as O'Donnell, Ferebee, & Frazer, P.C.) in 2012. During law school, he served as a research assistant to two law professors and held a clerkship with two law firms, one of which was with the Santiago, Chile office of another international law firm, Baker McKenzie. He has also had two judicial internships, one for a Senior Judge at the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and the other for a Justice of the Utah Supreme Court.
He is a member of The Woodlands Rotary Club and a former board member for the Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Jensen is married to Alejandra Guerra-Jensen, a native of Chile, and they have two children.
