She served on the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a two-year term as President of the Ohio Chapter of AILA. She has written numerous articles on immigration law, which have appeared in local, national and international books and magazines. She is a frequent speaker at conferences for legal bar associations, trade organizations and employment groups.
