Ms. Anderson handles all types of cases, including temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1A, and TN-1), immigrant visa petitions based on employment (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3), and OPT/STEM OPT extension for high-performing graduates of U.S. colleges and universities. Some of Ms. Anderson's clients are already in the United States when we file, and many are offshore and have never been to the U.S. before they receive their visas.
Ms. Anderson engages with employers throughout every stage of the process, from securing visas at U.S. foreign missions, amending existing petitions, initiating transfer cases, and filing extensions of status and applications to adjust status.
Along with managing visa petitions, Ms. Anderson consults with employers regarding common immigration issues, such as the proper determination of employee wage levels, worksite changes, employee travel, and licensure applications.
