Lisa has extensive experience in employment-based immigration law and advises and represents companies in the preparation of employment-based nonimmigrant petitions (e.g., B, E, H, L, O, P, R, and TN petitions), labor certification (PERM) applications, immigrant petitions (all preference categories), and adjustment of status and consular processing applications.
She represents companies undergoing immigration-related investigations, including I-9 audits, public access file reviews, SEVIS evaluations, onsite inspections, and a variety of other government probes. In addition, to prepare companies for the possibility of such government activity, she helps them in their efforts to establish successful compliance programs.
In addition, she assists individuals with family-based petitions and naturalization applications.
