In 1988, he was appointed as a prosecutor at the Egyptian Prosecutor Central’s Office. In 1994, he was appointed as a judge and served in civil, criminal and commercial courts. In 2007, Judge Saber was seconded to the UAE, where he served as the first Chief of the Prosecution Office at the Ras Al-Khaimah Court of Cassation, first Chief of the Technical Office at the Prosecutor General’s Office and a Chief Judge at the Court of Appeals. In 2011, he was promoted to a Chief Judge of Cairo Court of Appeals. Judge Saber retired from the judiciary and has started his private practice in 2015. Judge Saber holds an LL.B. from Cairo University.
