Fernando Vidales is a member of the CKR Mexican team. Over the years, he has specialized in mergers & acquisitions and corporate law in Mexican territory.
Mr. Vidales has contributed designing and implementing strategies for important mergers and acquisitions in the Mexican market. His area of expertise includes corporate litigation, such as conflicts between shareholders and liability of directors for corporate mismanagement.
Mr. Vidales graduated magna cum laude from the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Monterrey, while also obtaining the national CENEVAL award.
Likewise, he has concluded a number of important studies abroad, including the seminary on public and private international law at the Hague Academy of International Law.
Mr. Vidales is an enthusiast of moot court contests, as he spent his college years participating at the national rounds of the Jessup Cup, a highly-renowned international law competition.
