He represents individuals, developers and property companies in a variety of disputes in relation to commercial and residential land and property, including possession and forfeiture proceedings, service charge disputes, recovery of rent, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, neighbour and boundary disputes, breach of covenant disputes, and claims arising in connection with leasehold enfranchisement.
Adam is also experienced in acting for companies and high net worth individuals in substantial development disputes, claims arising in relation to rights over land (such as easements, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession), and ownership disputes.
