He has particular skills in handling legal issues regarding accounts receivable, labor, company's equity interest, real estate investment and premises lease, intellectual property rights, warehousing, logistics, security and pledge, as well as other civil and commercial disputes. He is highly experienced in court litigation and arbitration, and represents various enterprises in People's Court at various levels in different provinces, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and Shanghai International Arbitration Center. Mr. Qin's plentiful experience in litigation and arbitration also lays a solid foundation for him to provide non-litigious consulting services to his clients.
He also serves as an arbitrator for Shanghai International Arbitration Center.
