CKR Law LLP is pleased to announce today the addition of Michael James Maloney to the New York office.
Mr. Maloney brings a wealth of litigation experience involving financial services, securities, broker-dealers, asset-based lending, and general commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Maloney counsels and advises clients in connection with all aspects of corporate, finance, securities and other legal matters.
From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Maloney served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Bernard J. Fried, Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. From 2006 to 2012, he practiced law at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in New York City. In 2013, Mr. Maloney co-founded the firm Kheyfits & Maloney LLP.
Mr. Maloney was awarded a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005, where he served on the Syracuse Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1999.
