CKR Law, LLP today announced the opening of a Long Island, New York office and the addition of partner, Mark H. Wilkow. The Long Island office is located at 99 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 303, Jericho, New York 11753.

Mr. Wilkow concentrates his practice on real estate and business transactions in the New York City, Long Island and downstate New York areas.   He has over 20 years of experience representing companies and individuals in commercial and residential real estate and business transactions.

Mark began his career as a real estate litigator with a New York City law firm and then became the General Counsel to a New York City-based real estate management company focusing on all matters related to Cooperative and Condominium operations and transactions.   He was also intimately involved in general business issues and decisions related to his clients’ operations providing him with substantial “in-house” counsel experience.

“I am looking forward to the challenge of joining an international firm like CKR” remarked Mark Wilkow. “I look forward to assisting our domestic and global clients on everything from the purchase/sale of their own personal residences to large commercial properties, and on their local and cross-border business transactions.”

“Mark substantially bolsters the real estate capabilities CKR offers its clients. With the increased interest of our non-U.S. clients in U.S. real estate investment, the addition of Mark will assist in meeting this demand.”

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo and a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Mark is admitted to the State Bar of New York and to various Federal Courts.
