Has almost 25 years of experience, focusing on complex, multi-jurisdictional securitization, structured finance, project finance and the private purchase, sale and leasing of various types of financial instruments and derivatives. Ms. Gadwah acts for international investment banks, financial institutions and companies in structuring and facilitating their cross-border structured asset and operational financing transactions. Her practice covers a variety of industries with particular emphasis on the commercial real estate, oil and gas and banking industries.

Ms. Gadwah was a founding member of BG Lawyers LLP, a London-based law firm, where she remains a partner and notary public. BG Lawyers has worked on various notable cases, including a ground breaking race discrimination case which resulted in the highest payout ever awarded in the United Kingdom. Ms. Gadwah is also an advocate for women’s rights and an active member of Latin American Women’s Aid. She regularly consults clients on various regulatory issues associated with the changing global banking and market environment, primarily in the European Union and the Middle East. She is also a qualified Notary.
