ACCREDITATIONS

Before joining CKR, Mr. Wang was a founding member of Broad & Bright, a Chinese law firm. Also worked in the U.S. offices of Coudert Brothers LLP and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP for twelve years. Advises major Chinese companies on their overseas investments. In 2006, he was involved in advising CNPC International Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation, on its landmark $4.18 billion acquisition of PetroKazakhstan Inc., which at the time was the largest ever foreign acquisition by a Chinese company. advised major European and U.S. companies in structuring, negotiating and documenting their business transactions in China, including mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, reorganizations, joint ventures and technology transfer. His practice has covered a variety of industries including insurance, automotive, oil and gas, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, retailing, banking and information technology. The clients that Mr. Wang has represented and advised include General Motors, Shell, BP, UPS, Carrefour, Scania, Credit Suisse, Huatai Life Insurance and others.

Mr. Wang has advised major European and U.S. companies in structuring, negotiating and documenting their business transactions in China, including mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, reorganizations, joint ventures and technology transfer. His practice has covered a variety of industries including insurance, automotive, oil and gas, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, retailing, banking and information technology. The clients that Mr. Wang has represented and advised include General Motors, Shell, BP, UPS, Carrefour, Scania, Credit Suisse, Huatai Life Insurance and others.
